Gregory Copploe is a small business owner and founder of Stir Up The Paint, and author of the book The Art of Being Whole.  Greg specializes in delivering happiness through art therapy, transformation, health and wellness, reducing anxiety, and helping individuals grow by introducing truths that are aligned with their desired outcome without fear or judgment.

In addition,  Greg runs team building events with his aforementioned company Stir Up The Paint.  One of the many team building events are  Collaborative Canvas Events where your entire team paints separate sections of canvas that get pieced together to create a larger, finished painting.   Art therapy is a great way to connect, be present, and release your inner artist.  It helps reduce stress and it is scientifically documented to increase overall wellness.
