Raj has developed a methodical approach to accessing PLR – Personal Leadership & Resilience – that helps students unlock their already existing yet untapped power to overcome stress, burnout, mental health and other common challenges of the college experience.

Raj started his journey in an inner-city high school with middle-class parents who were able to provide little financial support.  He then went on to become a global speaker, author, and successful businessman.

His experience during his college years led him to unlock and tap into his own Personal Leadership & Resilience that changed the course of his life.  In his dynamic presentations, Raj will share tips and tricks collected from dozens of successful students and industry experts on their journey to connect to their own true power – including tools that helped him personally navigate big challenges along his journey.

Raj’s mission is to empower others to overcome adversity as he learned to do in his own personal story.

He is an International Speaker, Award Winning Author, Entrepreneur, Humanitarian and the lead singer of a Caribbean band. He serves on the executive board of Toastmasters International, non-profits, spiritual groups, and was chosen to be the honorary Grand Marshal of his city. He spoke at the world renowned Forbes Digital Footprint and is the youngest recipient of the Social Business Icon Award.
