Michael Melnik is an occupational therapist with a master’s degree in exercise physiology. His career began in a hospital/clinical setting where he worked with a broad range of patients from a variety of industries. His experience in this environment was instrumental in the development of his speaking career. Michael’s presentations focus on time-tested strategies to effectively introduce, implement and sustain change. Effective leaders do something unique when they introduce change; they make a concerted effort to enlist the energy of the people they are trying to influence. They recognize that to move forward with the least amount of resistance, they need people on their side.
