Mark has been communicating since birth and helping business leaders communicate since 1978. Over the years, he found himself in the middle of many moments that define how leaders use communications to connect.

In the 1980s, Mark helped leaders at Exxon use communications to assure people about the company after the Valdez incident before partnering with leaders at a new airline named Southwest to inspire employees to deliver a special brand.

In the 1990s, he helped leaders at Cathay Pacific Airlines in Hong Kong keep employees engaged as the company and its home country became a part of China. Mark also helped leaders at Exxon and Mobil keep key staff engaged during the largest merger in history. Since 2000, he has helped dozens of executives become better leaders by becoming better communicators.

Mark works with leaders (and their staffs) three ways:
Coaching: One-on-one sessions to help leaders strengthen essential communication skills to informally and formally connect.
Clinics: Small group sessions to help leaders (and their staffs) address specific issues to strengthen how leaders inform, interact, involve and inspire.
Consulting: Trouble-shoot challenges leaders face to connect with stakeholders because of events, issues, change, disruption or organizational trauma.
