Dr. Kendrick Carroll

Dr. Kendrick Carroll, DBA, president and CEO of BSI Solutions and author of “SHATTERPROOF: The Art of Perseverance,” serves as a board of director member for several nonprofit and profitable organizations. He is also a global investor representative for the Ghana and India Trade Chamber on the continent of Africa. He retired from the U.S. Army after 10 years of active military service.

Dr. Carroll is an expert in business innovation. His passion is pioneering the connection between business and technology with innovative solutions within–but not limited to–artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, blockchain and quantum computing, just to name a few. He holds four degrees: Associate of Science in Computer Applications, Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in strategy and innovation.

Dr. Carroll has an undeniable passion for empowering youth for future growth. Under his leadership, BSI Solutions, Inc., has created the first 100 percent student-focused program to provide career-bound students with full-time career opportunities upon graduation.

For his exceptional leadership and service, Dr. Carroll has received countless awards and accolades, such as being selected as one of Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2020.

We all face challenges, and my intention of sharing my story is to inspire you to believe it is possible to overcome the obstacles we face in life. Raised in the midst of domestic violence and abuse, I’ve overcome earth-shaking tragedies such as the murder of my mother. After failing grade-school, I lacked reading comprehension but still entered the military at the age of 18. 10 years later of active duty and early retirement led me to pursue and to obtain four degrees focused on business and technology. Now, as the founder and CEO of BSI Solutions and Creative Relief Solutions, I have helped several entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their ambitions and aspirations.

As a young boy from a small city in Georgia, I was exposed to a significant amount of domestic violence, child abuse and gangs. Overcoming obstacles in life led me to become a retired veteran and successful entrepreneur.
