A 12-year NFL veteran, three-time Pro Bowl offensive tackle, Super Bowl competitor, and longtime color commentator for the Raiders, Lincoln has built a career anchored in resilience, leadership, and service.
After six impactful seasons as the voice of Raiders Color Commentary, Lincoln is stepping into a bold new chapter: dedicating his time fully to strengthening community outreach, elevating youth programs, and championing underserved communities across the Raider Nation footprint.
“As a player and broadcaster, Raider Nation always had my back,” Kennedy says. “Now it’s my turn to give back even deeper.”
Today, Lincoln is launching a national sports-and-community podcast grounded in youth development, mentorship, mental wellness, and civic engagement, all while continuing to show up personally in neighborhoods, schools, and cities that helped shape the identity of the Raider fan base.
